Install Microsoft VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure) system on a single physical server - Step by Step guide

In this step by step guide you will learn how to setup simple Microsoft Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) in a single physical server.

I am using three virtual servers and one physical machine for my demo setup.

Domain	- vdidemo.local
Domain Controller	- dc01.vdidemo.local
VDI Server 01	- vdi01.vdidemo.local
VDI Server 02	- vdi02.vdidemo.local (Physical Hyper-V server which holds "Remote Desktop Virtualization Host" Role
Client Machine	- client01-pc.vdidemo.local (Windows 7 Enterprise x64 Machine)
