Remove Default Mailbox Database and Move Arbitration Mailboxes
The mailbox database ‘DB01′ cannot be deleted.
Error:
This mailbox database contains one or more mailboxes or arbitration mailboxes.
To get a list of all mailboxes in this database, run the command Get-Mailbox -Database <Database ID>. To get a list of all arbitration mailboxes in this database, run the command Get-Mailbox -Database <Database ID> -Arbitration. Before you can remove this mailbox database, you must disable, move, or remove user mailboxes and move arbitration mailboxes.

Install System Center Configuration Manager 2012 Beta 2 Step by Step
Install SCCM 2012 Beta 2 Step by Step
Extend Schema Extensions
Run extadsch application from SCCM installation folder (../SMSSETUP/BIN/X64)
Check "ExtADSch" log file in root directory.
Installing Windows Server Update Services 3.0 SP2.
Download WSUS 3.0 SP2 from here
I will Install Administration Console only. We can setup installation through SCCM Management Console.
Its ready to go...
Run splash from SCCM 2012 Beta 2
If you are not installed SQL Server on above step you will receive below error.
SQL Error: Configuration Manager sites require SQL Server 2008 SP1 with Cumulative Update 10 or higher for site database operations to succeed. SQL Server 2008 SP2 and SQL Server R2 are not Supported. :-(

SQL Server requirement
64-bit SQL Server 2008 Standard Edition or SQL Server 2008 Enterprise Edition SP1 with cumulative update 10 or greater.
SQL Server 2008 SP2 or SQL Server 2008 R2 are not supported in SCCM Beta 2.
SQL Server 2008 Express is supported on secondary sites only.
SQL server must run on the same computer as the secondary site server.
